Emerging Leaders Program

 

 

 Text Box: About ELP:
ELP, a program of the Human Services Center, is a workforce development/employment and training for youth ages 14-18 living in the Woodland Hills, East Allegheny, McKeesport, Steel Valley, Gateway, South Allegheny, Penn Hills, Wilkinsburg, West Mifflin, Elizabeth Forward, Clairton, and Duquesne.  Participants learn how to create a resume, conduct job searches, perform well in the workplace, improve math, reading, and writing grades, and are afforded real work experience!!
